We have a NO REFUND, NO RETURN/EXCHANGE policy; All Sales are Final. Every piece that is created is one-of-a-kind and hand made. This makes it difficult to compare to another piece and we do not have more than one of any of the items that we create (because we like to make individual pieces and also because we use vintage pieces). We do quality work with quality materials and take great pride in that. We pride ourselves on having only one of each item so that you are the only one who wears it (who doesn't like to have something unique, right?).
If you are not sure about a piece, please contact us at sleeneys@gmail.com prior to purchasing so that we can arrange a meeting. We are more than happy to meet with you in order to show you samples!
As stated in the "Shipping" post, we strongly prefer not to ship (due to the fact that we cannot control how a package is handled). We prefer to deliver your purchase to ensure that you receive it on time and in good condition. However, if you have something shipped and it arrives damaged, we will repair the item, return it to you, and file the insurance claim promptly.
