If you live in or around the Birmingham area, we prefer not to ship at all. We prefer that you contact us in order to make delivery arrangements. However, if you insist on shipping, we will do so but are not responsible for any damages that may occur. If we ship, we cannot guarantee that the package will be handled carefully and do not want it to arrive broken. If your item arrives damaged, we will repair the item, return it to you, and file the insurance claim promptly.
